Do you email the addresses I check?
No. We never send a message to the addresses you check.
Do you keep my lists?
Uploaded lists are processed and not stored after results are returned. See the privacy page.
What does “Unknown” mean?
The address and domain look fine, but we couldn't confirm the mailbox itself. Treat these as “send with care”.
Do credits expire?
Pay-as-you-go credits don't expire. Plan checks reset monthly.
Can I use it for scraped or purchased lists?
No. See the acceptable-use policy.
